There was a guy working outside my building while I was smoking outside. In the 10 minute time span, he managed to find 25 different places to inject "drop, drop, drop it to the beat y'all"* in his conversation. It was really fucking annoying. In retrospect, at least I was only exposed to his stupidity for 10 minutes.

*Probably nowhere near the actual phrase, but fortunately I was able to purge the stupidity from my RAM banks.

For serial, no he wasn't. He was actually inserting it within his sentences with no relevance whatsoever. He seemed to just like the way he was saying it. If I wasn't certain that he was completely ignorant from the content of the rest of his conversation, then I might have labeled him a type of retard.
