I was thinking, maybe he could alter the fred to a poll. As the title says 'the biggest loser' and list himself plus a selection of the narcissists that piss him off the most. We'll let the board decide, all democratic like. There could even be electioneering, where candidates (such as yourself I'm sure you would be near the top of the list) could could tout votes for the other candidate(s).

Whoever garners the most votes, sods off never to darken the hallowed halls of the lounge again.

How's that for a challenge Dave, since the rest of the regulars here suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder (according to your internet diagnostic skillz ), the other members of the board will rally to your cause and oust the worst offending nutjob making your life somewhat less complicated.
