I donated my old pda to benchez t'other day as i'd got a new one and no longer needed it, like.

Now my new one is fecked cause it's refusing to charge

I think I've found a standalone battery charger on the interweb that should work, like. Still a bit of a cunt that I won't be able to charge it while the pda is on*

*plus i've no monies to buy the charger

You could try a getting an old phone charger or any charger really as long as it has a similar output voltage as your charger. Cut off the connector at the end, strip back the wires and connect it to your battery and try giving it a wee charge.
I used to do it with a phone I had but didn't have a charger for.

That's kinda what caused the problem in the first place, trying to "jump start" it to charge a totally flat battery (tho' i was using a butchered usb cable)

Thankfully my brother's one of those people that has to buy a new mobile everytime a shinier/fancier one comes out, so I can nick one off him in the mean time.
