If you think about it and don't simply bend to language convention, with lumber there is no predetermined endpoint. You could use it to make a raft or a pergola or pretty much anything made from wood. Basically you are starting with an empty palette when building a house.

With computers you already have the premade components each with a singular and inconvertible function and all you are doing is putting them together. Pretty sure that's also why they call them car assembly plants and not car building plants.

So you write the fucking cheque and invest and build "IdolMart" to compete and run it the way you want?? My wife has a cousin and he had a single Doctors practice!!, now because the Government caps your income/billing here, he decided to open "Walk In Clinics" and took in doctors to work there and make "X" amounts of dollars!! So yes a salary Idol!!!, now when these other doctors submit there billing to the Government that goes to the owners (her cousins) pocket!!. Now all those doctors can pay there own expenses and take a shot, open pay rent and and hope enough patients come in to pay for there entrepreneurial idea?? Yet they choose to make what they are paid and come to work every day!!!. They get a Cheque!! it clears the bank every month and they have zero worries about any issues of the practice!!!
