From what i've heard, they are still waiting for the new server (or whatever it was that causes this downtime). I've not heard anything inclining that PTN is gone for good.

Yeah, it defintely sucks. This site has huge potential(they're excellent on filling requsts). But it seems it has had more down than uptime.I think it's been down close to a couple weeks now?

Last official news was the server was moving, and they ran into some unexpected server and dns issues. The site is new, give them some time, I'm sure they will be back. The first server move is always the worst, and longest downtime.
I always have high hopes, and low expectations. I'm rarely disappointed this way
