    Inches of snow today and it's 9°F. They're calling for more snow tomorrow and 20mph winds; factor in the wind chill and it's going to be -20°F.

    What happened to global warming, ffs? I'm taking a couple of vacation days.

    Seems like Mr. global warming resides in norway at the moment. All snow is melted away and it is +2°C (it should be at least -5°C).

    We've had a pretty cold winter in the UK this year.

    Personally I prefer bright crisp frosty mornings to the warmer rainier ones we've had in previous winters.

    Yes, us here up in the wilderness have been lucky so far. The last few days have been lovely. Blue skies and above 0 temperatures.
