Anyone know how it works, Imean, when do you qualify and such?

normally invite system is closed
however they open it sometimes for certain classes
they used to allow exalted members and above to issue tickets but this time
they said only divne members can only invite using their bonus points

exalted users those who uploaded 250GB
divne 1TB
