    In truth though I've always found it stupid how they have races for restrictive and ineffecient strokes like butterfly and breaststroke. I mean they don't have running backwards and skipping as track events.

    For any rehabilitation, they say that swimming is the best exercise for a quicker recovery, and less stress on joints and better resistance. And lets see in the short future on the running backwards?? Someone will boycott or start a revolt for it
