A lot of sites allow up to two ip's on one account. Just look at the faq at whatever sites you're wondering about it. It probably says it in there.

In our small country we get totally different IPs on different areas while using the same provider. So i wouldn't bet the account!
hdbits allow even 3different ips (per username) active on the same torrent
