ok so im trying to add albums onto my ipod but every time i do it puts stuff in the same folder for example, when i add a dance album on with 3 cds it just puts all the songs in 1 album instead of 3. is there any way or an app that will do this for me??

what program are you using? I usually organize them once I add them via itunes or winamp by editing the file information (ex. album, artist - so they are organized the way I prefer them to be).
In itunes > right click file and choose "get info" and edit what you want.
