Generally IP changes are just fine because they use the passkey system and usually allow users to have multiple IPs (which is how people can use seedboxes and their home connection simultaneously). As long as you dont change your email as well you should be fine.

since it sounds like your going to a different country, I would suggest contacting the staff prior to the move. Normally it wouldn't be an issue, but changing countries can throw up a red flag to staff sometimes.

If you are not going to change your registered email or password then you'd be fine. I've logged in to my accounts while during vacation, never had any problems with it.

Yea, I think you should be fine but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to ask the admins and make sure you keep a copy of their response.
