:/ heard some time bak that they had some server probs but im not sure if that is what closed the site down as they had just let in hundreds of new members and i was one of them, went to sign in couple of days later and they were gone :S

Supposedly they were coming back, but I haven't seen any of the original staff (e.g. mota)around for weeks, so I doubt it.
It's a parking page from their webserver.
They went offline I believe because their server got too expensive.. said they'd be coming back. I personally couldn't care less.
I know the guy who was the coder for RTS. He tells me they got hacked. Last I heard they were planing on making a comeback.
supposedly they would be down for about 3 months but if you want to find out for sure try their irc they said tehy would keep updated news there
