Webcam advice

Hey Folks,

I need a bit of webcam advice, basically I know nothing about them.

What I want is a webcam of reasonable quality that I can stream the video to the web.

Possibly being able to swivel the webcam remotely might be usefull, if such a thing exists??

Also any software recommendations would be handy!

Can anyone offer any advice, recommendations?

I just want to keep an eye on what goes on at my house while im not there.

Im sure my cats are plotting to take over the world or something (pinky and the brain style)
