Anyone ask a Mexican is the word marijuana offends them or are we just going to impose our white will on it like we did when we made them start using the term LatinX?

If it's any consolation, I can assure you no one in Latin America is offended by the word "marijuana" or uses the term "Latinx". Although "X" or "@" are occasionally used as a wild card to avoid having writing two suffixes or two forms of the same word, informally and out of convenience.

So you don't work for major businesses like banks, the auto industry or oil producers then. When poor people ask for money it's welfare and when rich people ask for money it's a wise investment to keep the economy afloat or some such garblygook.
I'm not saying that there isn't welfare fraud but I think how that compares to the money swindled from the tax payer some so some fat cat can make forty million dollars a year probably pales in comparison. Too big to fail indeed.

First off there is no Tag Day for you , and i donated to the Truckers, and still waiting for my tax receipt.......

PS.. And Yes i did work in a Bank as a Teller or the fancy name they gave me "CSR", and i made more money cleaning and detailing cars part time.. So after so many years working for a large cleaning company, i went on my own and started my own business......

Then when i exhausted my opportunities soliciting or going after residential work, i went after insurance companies and got my way in to Fire, Floods, restoration work, and made a ton of money being a labourer Idol......

So the only way i saw i could improve my life, was to find the Love of my Life have children/family and that girl just happened to be rich....

Some people may call that "LUCKY" some may call that a "SKILL"...

I didn't take any COVID relief money and a crook is a crook irregardless of social class. The argument is that there is a large difference between stealing to survive and stealing out of greed. You would probably say "laziness" but not everyone has your ambition and I don't think they deserve to live on the street because God didn't make them a certain way.

Just to use an example of a consumer good.... Which at one time was said to be a luxury right...

You have different manufactures of TV's today, yet most of the parts in all of them are made by the competitors...

Example.. The screens are made by LG yet a so called prestigious manufacture like Sony uses or purchases said screens....

My point.....

Idol why do you think they make 65" TV's retail for $400 and also make the same size tv's for $10,000??

Is it choice?? Demand?? Greed?? or all of the above??
