    Hey guys....

Just a quick question on the H264 xvid releases, does this mean i can simply burn them to a data disc and play on a PS3?

    Thanks.

h264 and xvid are two different video codecs. there's no h264 xvid. i suggest you reformulate your question and post it in the appropriate section.

    afaik ps3 can play both.

Appreciate the quick reply Polarbear although i am not sure which section this belongs in.

    Container: MP4 (.MP4) file
    Video Codec Type: avc1
    Video Codec name: H.264/MPEG-4 AVC

And then there are some releases that state
    Video Codec: V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC
    Video Bitrate: 1520.724960 kbps
    Container Resolution: 720 x 436

those should work. what don't work are .mkv containers. you'd have to convert them first.

if you want to know how or need further information google or ask in the games or software section.

this section is for bittorrent related topics.
