in no ratio trackers like ftn and its: what happens if you are downloading a torrent and you are the only leecher?
how can you respect the 36-72 hours seeding back rule ?

By leaving it seeding for 36-72 hours.
It doesn't matter whether you are connected to other peers or not, just that it's open to seeding if someone comes looking for the file.

You must seed for 36-72 hours or ratio 1:1 for EACH torrent, no matter what you do with others torrents. If you upload 3 torrents at 1:3 and for weeks, and you seed one for 12 hours and you don´t get 1:1 you are not following the rules.
