ftp ranking list?

Is there any ranking for ftp servers? Here in Greece there is a great ftp (UNDB) but it is impossible to get in. Id like to know the other good high level ftp servers.

what exactly to ftps have to do with torrents?

And why would private ftp servers want to be ranked?
If everyone was ranking them wouldnt that make them non private?
