plz can anyone tell me? Im basing it on 2 specific criteria.

    1. Selection
    2. DL Speed

I guess TL, dvdclub, swebits, swedvd-r , maybe others ? Can anyone point me to ONE solid tracker plz.

Well it all depends on what your selection is. If its 0-day, most any 0-day tracker will fill your need (TL) whether it be PAL or NTSC. If you have either multi-format dvd player or a PAL player then Swebits or Swed-DVDR will do the trick, but if it is NTSC and looking for alot of variety and quick fills on your request then I think PiSexy and TDC fits the bill (but in PAL also) just depends on what you are looking for really. As far as DVD-R's are considered, for me personally speed has never been a issue but rather the content offered.

The speeds aren't always good, but there's really no choice when it comes to NTSC... I'm assuming that's what you want since you live in the US.

I'm not a member of Pisexy but that's the only other thing I could image having a good selection.

If you like old, foreign, rare stuff then KG and cinematik are good.

I like the selection on thedvdclub but it takes me forever to download stuff, really slow speed on new torrents.

Ilovetorrent has a really good selection. The only thing right now is if you can get in or not. They around their cap of 50,000 users but I read that they clip people daily that don't meet their standards. So you might get in to try it.

The problem is, chances are the sites that have the best selections are going to allow anyone to upload. Since DVDs are so big:
    1. It takes a longer time to download/upload than... say.. music.
    2. People can't seed for as long since the files take up so much room on their harddrive, thus making less seeders . (and then refer to line 1)

You're pretty much not gonna find fantastic speeds unless you want strictly 0-day.
