    Thanks, 100% I blocked the User Mode I/O Driver because it is draining my bandwidth. Wonder if will cause any problems?

    ntoskrnl.exe is esential - but wtf is it doing in your running processes?
    svchost.exe is essential
    alg.exe is system but not necessary
    lsass.exe is essential
    firefox.exe is essential

    ntoskrnl.exe
    it's a windows service, it will be in running processes, but it should be blocked from the network
    svchost.exe
    generic host processes, not necessarily needed
    block it and see if you can connect to the net, if not allow it
    alg.exe
    block it, only needed for home networking or UPnP or some shit like that
    lsass.exe
    block it, and remember your own damned passwords
    firefox.exe
    if you wanna come in here and ask any more questions.....allow it

    ndisuio.sys is a process belonging to the NDIS User Mode I/O (NDISUIO) NDIS protocol driver which offers support for wireless devices such as Bluetooth and the like. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

    That program looks quite neat - I presume it's a bells and whistles version of Task manager ?

    Can some kind sole point me in the direction of it's webite, or one for an equivalent proggie - cheers....
