I'm sorry to say but I didn't find this film scary in any way.... I got a copy a few years ago while it was still banned and I think I was expecting myself to be terrified so much that it didn't even effect me lol.

I found it scary coz anything to do with the devil is scary the best frightning part i thought was when she was talking in the preists mothers voice
It depends on the sort of person u are really for me Friday 13th helloween i didnt find scary coz nothing scary about choping someone with an axe or whatever to predictable but the excoirst is the best horror film i have ever seen couldnt get that face out of my head when i whent to bed the first time I saw it

At the time it came out I thought it was very scary. I am even in it ( in the crowd scene at the end when Father Karras falls down the staircase in Georgtown).

when i was a kid yes. but not now. maybe if something happens
suddenly on the screen i might jump. scary movies are still cool
