    Not from what i've found.
When you run it it moves as much stuff from your ram to your page file, and deletes whatever isn't being used from it.
I've found it makes programs you open up after that faster but the rest are really slow because they're being loaded from your page file.

So it wouldn't be a good idea to use it? I just reformated my computer less then a month ago and it feals slow to me. Ive cleaned almost everything you can think of. 2.6 ghz speed, windows xp, Nvidia 6800, 512 Ram. What is needed to boost my computer! I noticed that right clicking on the desktop takes about 5 - 10 seconds untill it shows up. On windows 98 it's instint why is that?

the only time i use ram cleaner is when it is already full.....at whch time it is too late....(render 500mb video/photoshop piece)

although youll notice when u load windows you can clean some ram which is being pointlessly used up

in the end i have quit using them

    dunno....a floor jack?

anyway, no mem managers don't seem to be that great
I've messed with a few and wasn't impressed
in fact, they felt more counterproductive than anything

a good ole reboot, if you absolutely have to, seems to be the best remedy

could you post your hardware specs?

    -edit-
and about that right click issue, I noticed you have StyleXP installed
I seem to remember having the same issue when last I had a theme manager installed
can't remember if it was stylexp or windowblinds
try disabling stylexp and see what it does

Haha no I just installed style xp like 5 minutes after this post so it has nothing to do with it. And with it on it hasn't lowered the speed of my computer any so it's fine. Also I don't know if it's just cause I want the computer to be super fast. I have noticed that Mem Turbo has showed a light increase in apps and I like it.
