IMO most of the best are white. eminem, beastie boys, KMK, quarashi
rap should be about content and deliverence. most pop rappers suck (to me) because they don't actually talk about anything. sure snoop has a good flow but he never says anything interesting. gimme immortal technique, eminem or public enemy any day
