I called up AMD and told them that the metal part where I stick my screw driver down and push the latches down to lock it in broke off and asked if I could get a replacement. They gladly did so.They also said the heatsink that came with my processor isn't the "regular" type and the new one is going to be easier to install.

well they said that the amd64s don't have a place where you can put your screw driver in there and push the side down so I'm guessing the one that I have is harder to lock in than the regular ones. Also when they asked for a serial number for the fan and told me that the serial number was either supposed to be on the sticker or on the side of the fan. Its not there. I'm guessing its a discontinued fan for AMD64s? O.o
as for my camera. I don't have the software right now. =\
well I had the xp boot prob when I first installed my amd64 motherboard... I just reinstalled xp and it worked![]()
