Sarcasm (i think it's safe to say unreal tournament 2007 will be out in 2007....or will it? )

I'd say it'll be out in 2006 since UT2003 came out in late 2002. UT2004 was released in 2004 but that was basically just an updated version of UT2003 since that was a pretty poor release.

They've all got sports-game-syndrome when it comes to tagging titles with a year.

Plenty of time for me to find a job, and start saving. I dont think my amd 64 3200+ 1gig of ram and x800xl will play those nicely.

Yeah, I'd have expected it would be robots, or women doing it.

It looks nice, gepper, but I still think oblivion is going to pwn it wrt content.

i'm pretty sure the unreal tournament 200x thing's similarity to sports titles is intentional. i mean, it's basically an FPS sports game and that's how they wanted people to see it.

the game engine is written by one guy. that's not special. the quake/doom engines are written by one guy. the unreal engines are written by one guy. the "and everything" part is not done by one guy. they are employing a team of writers, designers and artists just like every game company does.

Our company is growing very fast. We will be updating this roster with the full team shortly. If you would like to work for Offset please visit our Jobs page.
