Sounds interesting. My sister-in-law comes from Australia and she spends a fortune on phone bills talking to family back home.
Here's another news article on the subject. Also mentions the possible creation of a Google browser!

is this just another Instant masseging which provides PC to PC calls? whats the big deal then? Skype does the job perfictly.
