I've never shaved my nutsack. Tho' everytime my razor becomes a bit too blunt to shave my face properly, before I throw it away I use it to roughly trim my pubes down so they're a bit neater, like.

Around the pubic area is one of them, the nutsack is fine as is the ...erm.....shaft......but that can hurt when cutting against the grain.
