Do you have Sig2Dat? Copy each one of those, and use the "Paste from Clipboard" option.

Well have a guess what that means. Probably that there aren't many sources for that file

Try eMule. They look like they've come off of it.

Actually, eMule has an abundance of .ccd and .img files. And I think most people bring over games from the Donkey network, unless they've ripped them themselves, which doesn't seem to be terribly popular amongst the members of this particular forum.
