Updating Office Xp Pro

when i install the sevice pack 1 from office update website it says

error 1328: error applying patch to file c:\config.msi\PTCC.tmp. It has already probably been updated by other means and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more infotmation contact your patch vendor.

but i haven't updated it.....anyone knows how to get around this??
