    I use to have it, untill i inadvertently (stupidly) formatted my hard-disc

    Has any one a link to some software that will do the job for me?

    What forum software is it?
    Usually you can just go into phpmyadmin and choose to copy/backup the database, altho that might not be the best way as the page will just time out and you wont know when it's finished.

    He could add a sw = 0 field in the database and when copied set it to " 1 " ?!
