I live in an area where forestry is very much a "main" industry, and people in these parts realize serious tools (in this case, chainsaws) need constant and comprehensive maintenance, and, given this consideration, Husky makes more sense.
If you ask those who use 'em for a living around here, they'll use nothing else, except possibly a Stihl.
I've never been a logger, but over the years I've owned just about every brand of saw made-McCulloch, Ecko, Jonsereds, Stihl, Homelite, Poulan and several other supremely forgettable brands, and my Husky was the best, period.
It was also the most expensive (by far) and the most demanding, maintenance-wise-but if you really use a saw, you're doing lots of routine maintenance, anyway, so...
