WinG installer - where?

I've got a few old kids games that require a WinG to be installed first.
I used to have one but has long been deleted from my backup.
I've googled & searched microsoft.com but to no avail.

Anyone got a link to a WinG installer ???

I actually had found that link before by myself
but had forgotten to use a microsoft browser to get to the download link
why can't microsoft accept that not everyone prefers their products.
