ANybody know this movie

I thought it was supposed to be released in August but i havent seen it and forgot the name. The plot is an average joe in the army goes into hibernation chamber and comes out in the future to find the everybody is "dumbed down" and now he is a genius. Its a comedy anybody know of this movie and the name?
