Thread: a mozilla firefox executable file?

    A friend and i , are in a class that uses computer (accounting) , we want to be able to use firefox to suref the net, but we want to use it, with it modifying the registry files by installing. instead i was wondering if it is possible to run firefox by just an exe file, if this is possible can someone link me to where i can get one.... thanks in advanced...

    Doesn't portable firefox do that?

    You can try running FireFox from a removable storage device (such as usb, or CD): http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/tips#oth_usb
    blah blah blah... whatever...

    Thanks alot for the info guys. I got portable firefox and it worked on my school's computer, thanks alot for the help
