I've been depressed before.

I'm 15 pounds overweight (more if you consider BMI).

reinjured my knee that already had a torn ACL and meniscus, and can't play basketball like I used to

I fear my eight-pack will turn into beer.

When I run stairs I'm starting to feel other "parts" of me moving. It's like I'm in someone else's body and it's depressing

I worked out too much until I was bruising my arms.

I thought I was going to have a kid and my ex was in a car accident and we broke up (I was going to marry her)

I cryed alone ... I cryed myself out.

I even bitch up playing basketball

I think I've taken a wrong turn - is this the 'Busyman cries for help' thread

You said earlier you didn't believe in karma ... maybe if you displayed a little more empathy in this thread, people might actually give a fuck.

Dream on. That's past shit. This is the internet and words on the screen don't tell how people are in real life. Some people on here are probably maniacs for all I know. Some people also play the high moral ground on here 'cause it sound "kosher".
