Sh1t happened to my eMule, Plz Help!

Hi
i v been using emule for 2 years
and recently im having a problem never had before

whenever i run emule it works fine in a few mins then it turns no responding, and takes 99% of cpu usage... my computer will then run slower and slower then bluescreened....
i wonder what are possible causes for this problem

however few weeks ago i turned off some unuseful windows xp services according to an windows optimize guide, but im not sure which one could possibly affects emules performance

Restore the services you changed back to default and see if that helps.
