    Why the feck do people even bother with diets,just eat properly and take exercise and your body takes care of itself,t'is just vanity I tells ya.

    So far I can say I don't go to sleep late like I used to. In fact much earlier. However, my energy level is the same and furthermore.....people should use their brains for any diet and adjust it adjust it accordingly.

    Maybe some folks decrease their sugar intake instead of cutting it out. I been out going on 5 days. My mother and uncle have already done it....successfully.

    The logic behind it sound.

    The way I look at it...unused complex sugars store as fat. Cut that down (as in have less topload) and your body goes to your fat stores for energy.

    The only thing that I cut out that was part of a normal healthy diet is starch, fruit, and milk (bread, pasta, corn, bananas, oranges, etc).

    Everything else was soda, cookies, danishes, Snapple, Hawaiian Punch and the like which I ate too much of anyway.

    the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
    and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter

    most people end up dead or seriously ill.do all the research you want. but thats the cold hard truth. but then again if you;re willing to risk it and go ahead perhaps trying to get an ED is the way to go...wait a minute those people are stupid or something right...kindda like what your doing right now....

    Cutting crappy carbs is stupid? I'll admit that cutting too much starch and fruit for too long is risky but everything is crap anyway.

    How do I get an eating disorder anyway?

    I might go 1 month at the most but more than that is crazy. I always thought it was a short term diet anyway.

    I look at it this way..If you stay on it you'll fuck yourself up. In order to keep the weight off you must increase your activity level.

    Maybe the way I'm using it as a stepping stone and not a cruch.

    The Atkins diet is a really bad idea Busy.

    However given what you have said, you are not really on it. You are eating a healthy, carbohydrate controlled diet and cutting out eating crap.

    Which is a really good idea.

    Another one is not to eat anything after 20:00 hours.
