Torrent help required

Hi everyone i need some help please......

I am new to this and dont know where to start , I have been told the best way to download is to use torent sites and was reccomended bitsoup,org but when I click on the link its says I am not authorised to use this site? any ideas why??

All I want to do is start using torrent what am I doing wrong??

Hi again , well I have found utorrent and will try that ,if anyone has used this is it ok?

best way to download is usenet/newsgroups not bittorrent.
