My PC is on 24/7 and so is uTorrent, so I just leave everything seed until there's just too many torrents open (I do a monthly cleanup of torrents). I usually get to a ratio of 3 to 5 / torrent (I managed to go up to 66 on a porn movie ).

For me it varies. I try to hit 150% if at all possible but I've had some under 100% and others over 300%. If a file has lots of seeders, I'll turn off seeding in order to let uTorrent concentrate my seeding on others where there are few seeders. My bandwidth for uploading gets shared of course, so I'd rather concentrate it on files where there are few seeders rather than ones with 50 or more.

I consider myself one big leecher. I usually seed for a long time but still I leech even more than you could ever imagine.

On topic...between 200% and 400% normally...Depends, since I usually let shit seed for long periods of time and not so much till it reaches a percentage, for the most part...Oldest seeding torrent atm, is a year old. But I was seeding it before then as I had reformatted and re-seeded it. Ratio on that particular torrent 2.838.

Weird. My answer is still the same. I was gonna to change my vote to all of the above before searching for my post.

I need a wtf option as well. It depends what/where and how.

Whoever created this poll must only go for the newest files or is on public trackers.

I chose 150%-200% but that's an average. Some I hardly seed at all and others I seed to 1000% or more. Especially if the uploader has low ratio, I will hit n' run a torrent ASAP, that is if the site allows it off course, because the uploader will appriciate that way more than me staying on seeding.

I used to seed stuff on trackers but then I came to the realization that everyone else is totally in it for themselves and most anyone I had delusions of amicability with stopped even pretending to being nice to me the second they realized I couldn't "do " anything for them .
Lacking the power to will them dead I now only seed on sites with no pretensions of l33tness like Demonoid . This simple yet effective principle also allows the other people better opportunity to talk badly about me behind my back so bonus.
So the answer to the question is a deep and profound bitterness that is only slightly alleviated but loose drink and hard women.

Basically, the tracker has little to no impact on my decision to seed. It typically takes me days (sometimes weeks) to get around to watching something anyway, so I don't have to even think about HnR rules. Then again, these may just be habits of a primarily usenet user.
