I always seed to 500% if not more.

I like to seed to about 150-200% after that if it's a busy torrent ill keep it seeding if not then I take it down.

On the subject of seeding, its easy for resident of the US or other European country. As for Australia our country internet connection that are hooked up to the rest of the world are really low quality, ISP over here are still offering limited download with a crappy up speed for a hefty price a month. Meaning in order for us to seed we have to leave our com on for longer period of time in order to seed the same amount or higher than of what we initially downloaded.

I seed about 150%-200%. If all would seed like under 200% it would be much easier to seed. Just think of you who seed over 500%. That only means that someone else will have their accounts disabled because of low ratio. I do not have problems with my seeding but I'm just thinking of these guys with a 1mbit upload. How would they make it if all others seed over 500%? Seeding over 100% means that some other person seeds under 100%. if you are blaming people cause they seed to little, think of yourself. You have probably done this yourself if you seeded over 100%.
