VB3.5 Bug Reporting Thread

Stuff that happens to me:

-Everytime i close FF or IE i have to relogin, cookies have been checked as have saved passwords.
-Quick edit doesn't work, it edits but doesn't load the page for me.
-I don't get a popup box when i recieve a new PM and firefox doesn't even warn me it's blocked a popup.
-Sigs don't show up every now and again.
-New posts is fucked but i don't really use it anyway.
-Can't change skin via the skin changer at the bottem.

Cookies and cache have both been cleared and still no change

They dont show in the actual forum.

Actually take a look at Default and Chromo now as they show fine.
It seems in Synapse there is some sort of misdirection to the folder root like statusicons and others are set to in Style Manager which I cant seem to find a setting for in the panel that needs to be adjusted for Synapse skin to show the post icons.

I also noticed while in the panel we have the new Halloween skin which needs to have the Google banner set to be transparent as does the Default skin.

Clicking in the logo: is supposed to bring us to the index of the forum.


The link under the logo that says "Home" is supposed to bring us to the main page.

Ive set it that way now for all skins...

Edit: Looks like it might be more of a skins issue than a VB3.5 issue.

Thats actually normal as it occurs occasionally.

Edit: Looks like it might be more of a skins issue than a VB3.5 issue.

Ive also noticed this where sigs dont post but havent figured whats actually causing it yet as it seems to be something within the upgrade since its sparatic throughout skins as Ive had it happen in Default and if Im correct others have it happen in Synapse also...

It doesn't happen when using the chromo skin, the sig is always shown. From the thread Emdee linked to, it seems that in other skins, the fast reply doesn't have an option to include the sig - hence it not being shown.

Btw, sporadic infers a random occurence. I don't believe it is
