Thread: Installing Programs

  1. #1
Is there a program out there or a proccess i can do to install a program only one the user name that installed it instead of everyone's user names. Sometimes when i install something it'll give me that option but thats very very rare. btw I have windows XP home with SP-1 and if this program was free that would be very helpful

I dont think so unless your the only administrater . I havent heard of one like that becuase I dont think Window Xp can make "sections" of your harddrive and divide them by the number of people.

You should be able to install a program as the administrator. Than allow access to any, all, or none of the other user accounts you have setup on that computer.
