Update to VB3.5

I'm going to upgrade the board tomorrow morning/afternoon (as long as im not doing anything else), the new arcade version should be released soon (this weekend) so if that's not out before the board has been upgraded, we can live a couple of days without it.

Just thought i'd give a heads up, the board should only be offline for about half an hour or so but if there's a problem it could take a while to get a backup restored.
