^ the one on the video card is clear, now on the cable will it convert it to a 4 pin mini din? cause that is what i need?

A 4-pin s-video plug will fit straight in to the 7-pin socket.
The outer 4 holes are for s-video.
2 of the inner 3 holes are for composite video, the other hole is unused.

yes i know, newegg's pictures are hard to tell sometimes what the pins are =) recommend any video card under 60-65 that uses that?

Soul, lynx just said a 4 pin cable will plug into a 7 pin socket.
So a graphics card with 4 pins or 7 will both work.
All you need is to use a cable with 4 pins at each end.
yes i know any would be good, i understand that already lol, i think everyone is mis-interpreting my question,
I know I need a 4 pin mini din because my tv only takes that, However the pictures on newegg are unclear if the cable is a 9 pin to 4 pin etc.

It's 7 pins.
Anyway, I see what you mean. You're talking about the cable and not the graphics card. I don't know how you would tell if the cable comes as 4 or 7 pins. If it comes as 7 pin version then I suspect you could remove the 3 extra pins (not sure about that) or get another cable.

Actually it is 7 pins and 1 or 2 plastic locating guides.
Or 4 pins and 1 or 2 plastic locating guides.
In either case the 4 pins and locating guides always fit into the 7-pin+guides socket.
If the supplied cable has the three extra pins simply break them off at both ends, or buy a new 4-pin (plus guides) cable from almost any electrical store.
