Maybe admin should just delete oversize avatars if they cause this much hassle anyway that put to one side any constructive advice like how to reduce the image size without reducing the quality too much would be greatly appreciated Sorry for breaking rules but it was unintentional and thats what rules are for in the first place but thats me all over life on the edge

Nice, what is the best way of reducing size without too much quality loss in CS2 ? I just removed frames that it did'nt seem to need is there a way of presetting the output size of the gif in bytes?
