How to create a bin file with an mpeg?

I wanted to know how people put the mpeg file in the bin. I've seen many files on the internet which have mpeg's in them but you burn it as an image (bin/cue) . Now i was just wondering, how in the hell do you create that?

Use a program called ultraISO, add files, then save as BIN. There is no point to that though, just burn the MPEG file as data to the cd, does the same thing.

look on google for something called vcdgear

it's almost magical for converting vcd's and svcd's back and forth
