wireless router prob

just brought a wireless router (adsl) by sitecom,got thatt working but i cant manage to get my sons laptop connected with a site com dongle thing......i cant seem to find the right settings to get them together ,anyone help please?

for starters, have you tried re-installing the adapter, if ound that when i installed my adapter for the first time it failed to work.

A simple reinstall could combat this.

If not you could try a firmware update you'll be surprised how much can be solved by doing this.

My dads problem, was his network switch wasn't turned on, have you tried that?
