I think that statistic must be for the reservoirs that supply London's water.

I've never seen one to be honest... but then I probably haven't seen half of London. I got this info on Wiki...

    Orders Of Mass

Amount of water stored in London storage reservoirs (0.2 km³)

    That'll be it then.

Altho' Wales only has 3 million people living in it, the amount of rainfall we get suplies over 20 million chaps and chapesses living in the UK with eau potable.

    You'd all die without us

But if it wasn't for Wales then the rain would fall into the sea and get all salty

I went to Somerset on hols when I was a young samurai. Chedder reservoir is HUGE, so I don't doubt Wales has big 'uns too

Oh and London... well the SE has more water...

London is quite vulnerable to flooding. The threat has increased over time due to the slow but continuous rise in high water level over the centuries (75 cm / 100 years) and the slow 'tilting' of Britain (up in the north and down in the south) caused by post-glacial rebound.
We be tilting biatch Thankfully I'll be long dead when the UK decides to do a flip
