no, not anymore

The current user account limit (0) has been reached. Inactive accounts are pruned all the time, please check back again later...

they have set the user account limit to 0, so that it never drops below the level where signups open. they probably still prune accounts, but signups never open anymore. its been that way for some time now.

edit: i stand corrected! its open this weekend! which is VERY rare.

edit: and now its closed again, probably for a long time, again.

i checked this out, but i already have framework 1.1 on my comp for torrent harvester to work, will they both still work with both versions or does 2.0 overwrite 1.1?
