telesales are not the same as sales representatives. My BF is a rep, drives about 2000 miles a week, and sells into shops, doesn't phone people to sell them stuff and has to develop a good relationship with the annoying thick bastards that run the average Spar.

Telesales people are those annoying little tits that phone constantly and just repeat a script at ya...

Just thought you should know the distinction.

Cheese works in the Spar and the people who run my local Spar are thoroughly decent chaps.

Sales reps, en revanche, are mercenary gits and a complete pain in the arse for those of us who do happen to run a business
