    How many peers does the torrent have (seeders/leechers)?

    make sure your upload limit is set to about 80% of your upload speed and not unlimited as this causes lag and can slow down downloads also

    Set it to 50kb and see how that goes.
    Looking at the seed to leech ratio you're not gonna get a very high speed anyway.

    We normally get what the seed/leech ratio allows, which is;
    More seeds than leeches = high d/l speeds
    More leeches than seeds = low d/l speeds

    The torrent you're on is gonna be a slow one, I'd suggest you lower the u/l speed to 40kb, this will allow you to get better speeds on another torrent while you are grabbing this one.

    ps, what is your connection(5, 6, 8meg)?
